Ana Cristina Mendes Ferreira da Vinha 🎓🌿 é uma destacada investigadora e professora associada na Universidade Fernando Pessoa, especializada em Química Analítica e Alimentar. Possui um Doutoramento Europeu em Biologia Funcional e Ciências da Saúde pela Universidade de Vigo, um Mestrado em Controlo de Qualidade em Água e Alimentos pela Universidade do Porto, e uma Licenciatura em Engenharia Alimentar pela Universidade Católica do Porto. Ana Vinha publicou 67 artigos em revistas especializadas, 16 em atas de congressos, 36 capítulos de livros internacionais, e 7 livros, acumulando mais de 1920 citações com um índice h de 18.
